Make a screenshot review your developer can act on.

Start with one page and one specific change. You can expand the review after that first handoff is clear.

1. Capture the page yourself

Take a screenshot using your browser or existing screenshot tool. Keep enough surrounding content to identify the section. Avoid capturing passwords, payment information or unrelated private messages.

2. Add the screenshot and its context

Open the editor and choose Add screenshots. Select the image, then add the page address and device or viewport size. The beta accepts up to 10 images, 6 MB per image and 25 MB per saved project.

3. Mark one change at a time

Drag a box over the affected area. Give the note a short title, then write the expected result. Use Add a change without a rectangle for a page-wide request.

Title: Expand the contact fields on mobile
Context: Contact page, mobile viewport 390 px
Observation: The fields occupy only part of the form container.
Requested change: Use the available container width while retaining its padding.
Review status: Open

The example describes a visible layout issue. It does not claim a loss of sales or a tested accessibility violation.

4. Save the editable project

Choose Save editable project before leaving the tab. The JSON file contains screenshots and review notes. To continue later, choose Open saved project and select that file. There is no cloud backup.

5. Export and check the report

Choose Download client report. Open the downloaded HTML file and check its screenshots, labels and notes before sharing it. Dismissed changes are omitted; Open and Resolved items are included. A Resolved label is your manual record, not an automatic retest.

For a PDF, choose Open print / PDF preview and use your browser’s Save as PDF option. Some email systems restrict HTML attachments; PDF is an alternative, while the editable project should be kept separately.

What to do when a screenshot will not import

Check its format and size. Use PNG, JPEG or WebP and keep each file below 6 MB. Try a smaller screenshot if your project approaches 25 MB. Reducing the project size is more useful than importing a whole page with unreadable text.
